You’re too smart for treatment, too stressed to think clearly, and too caught up in holding your life together with duct tape to realize how much your challenges have taught you. I work with men who are challenged by anxiety, depression, and substances, and the people their conditions have impacted. I also work with men who have adapted other imperfect coping skills that are negatively impacting their families and careers. Working together, often directly with wives and children, we can build a life of confident and antifragile masculinity for men in distress. You don’t have to freak out every time you hear “we need to talk.”

My specialty is working with men to value the skills we’ve built even while in distress, and our response to the relentless shaming of men who are desperate to learn adulting the right way. This also involves working with their partners and children. We draw on gifted therapists as well as the world’s great spiritual leaders to create lives of purpose.
